    For Studios, average rates range mainly from $1900-$2300, with some of the higher end properties running up to $2700 or more.

    For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2700-$3200, with some of the higher end properties running up to $3600 or more.

    For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $3000-$3800, with some of the higher end properties running up to $4200 or more.

    For Three Bedrooms- virtually none available in the D.C. metro market for stays under 6 months.
